Pets are allowed, € 4,00 for day for animaI. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the client. If the kitchenette needs to be cleaned by the staff, a €20,00 charge will be deducted from the security deposito. Due to possible breakage or lacks a deposit of €150,00 is obligational. RENTING PERIOD: minimum 3 days, From 3:00 p.m. of arrival to 11:00 a.m. of departure.

PAYMENT: 30% at booking, the balance at arrival.
